Recommended Trailer Sway Control For 2022 Micro Minnie Being Towed By 2019 Audi Q7

Question:

I recently purchased the 2022 Micro Minnie BH2100 and the 2019 Audi Q7 with 7700 towing capacity. Looking for sway control for the pair. What do you suggest? I have the brake controller and Bar that Audi suggests, and I cant use a weight distribution hitch on the Audi Q7.

I recommend the Tuson Asymmetric Sway Control # 335TSC-1000 for your 2022 Micro Minnie BH2100. This is an electronic sway control that uses the trailer brakes individually to reduce trailer sway. It will apply the brakes on either side for a fraction of a second and that will help to correct any sway that occurs. The sensors in this device work to correct sway before it is even noticeable to the driver. Once installed there are no extra steps needed when connecting and disconnecting from the camper as it ties into the electric brakes and battery on your Micro Minnie.

This is a much more effective system than using a Friction Sway Control Kit # 83660. Since a friction system can be damaged and wears down you will have to replace the bar over time. The bar must also be removed when you do any backing up with your Micro Minne.
