In my research, the 2013 Chrysler Town and Country with a tow package does come with a wiring harness and should have a 7-way. To install the Dexter Predator # 58-8, you will need to run the wires from the brake controller to the 7-way connector on your vehicle.

You are also going to need Draw-Tite # 5506 which gives you the extra length you will need to hook up your brake controller to your 7-way connector.

I have attached a FAQ regarding trailer brake controller installation information, however, the wire colors for the brake controller are as follows: White - ground: attach it to the negative battery terminal. It is the only suitable ground for hardwire situations.

Black - 12V lead: attach to the positive battery terminal.

Blue - electric brakes: attach to the blue brake wire on the 7-way plug. You will need to check with your Chrysler dealership to see if your blue brake wire has been run to the back of your vehicle. If it has not, then you will need to run it along the underside of the vehicle and through the firewall to the 7-way and it gets attached to the position at 7:00 oclock. If you have to run the wire to the back of your vehicle, this is where the # 5505 or # 5506 comes into play. You will need one of these for extra wire.

Red - Stop switch: normally located directly off the tow vehicle brake pedal near the top. There are wires extending from the switch and using a circuit tester such as part # PTW2993, test the wires to determine which one is the brake. The wire that has power when the brake pedal is pressed is the correct wire. You will scotch lock these two wires together, the red wire from your brake controller and the designated brake wire off the switch that you just located.

I have attached a short installation video of the # ETBC7 which you do not need to follow every step, however, it should help.
