Yes, the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Above Bed - 13,000 lbs # DM8550040 will work with Draw-tite and/or Reese above the bed rails.
The rails are considered Industry Standard Rails (ISR) and will work with the autoslider in your 2005 Ford F-250 Super duty.
