Will this product Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link - XG12 Pro - Size 265 Item # th2004705265 fit my 265/60R20 Cooper tires? Thanks

For a tire chain that fits the 265/60R20 size tires on your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee I recommend going with the Konig XD16 Pro Tire Chains # KON94FR which are a similar design as the XG12 Pro Chains # th2004705265 that you referenced. The XG12 Pro are too small which is why I recommend the XD16 Pro instead.
