To add a fully-functioning 7-Way to your 2021 Ford Explorer you'll need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118599 as well as the Universal Wiring Harness # ETBC7.
The T-One harness gives you the standard trailer light wiring and then the ETBC7 wiring gives you the additional wiring functions so that you have the fully-functioning 7-Way that you're looking for.
If you're looking to install a brake controller then I recommend checking out the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR. I really like this brake controller because it can be installed virtually anywhere in the cab and all you need access to is the small control knob so you'll also be saving on precious cab space.
