Titan BrakeRite Actuator Has Low Pressure And Does Not Function
Question:
Hi have a titan brakerite actuator with a credo barking controller. pump operates but quiet when put brakes on but low pressure and brakes dont activate. Press the emergency button on credo controller in car and pump activates alot louder and brakes operate. Have checked wires, cleaned out relief value and still no luck. Any one have any ideas?

If you haven't yet, check to make sure the unit is getting power with a circuit tester like # PTW2993. If you're receiving power, then you'll want to trace the wire that is not receiving power testing it every few inches, checking for a short. When the short is found, use # 10-1-1 to replace the damaged section, which is sold by the foot.
If you are not receiving power, and have double checked all your electrical connections, then you more than likely have a damaged controller and will need to be replaced.
