The etrailer Motorcycle Carrier # e98873 and Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier # UF48-979033 do have very similar designs as they are both intended to carry a motorcycle up to 500lbs. The both will fit a 2" receiver and include a ramp for easier loading and unloading.
The etrailer Motorcycle Carrier # e98873 is the one I prefer as it has the outer tie down points, and the 40" diamond plate ramp. For me the longer, smooth ramp will make it easier to move the bike up and down the ramp. This carrier also features a built in anti-rattle hitch pin so there is no need to purchase a separate clamp for securing the carrier to your vehicle. You can get the Threaded Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin Lock # e99047 to provide additional security to the carrier.
Since the Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier # UF48-979033 has the shorter 37-1/2" ramp it will give you a steeper loading angle and the tire on the bike may want to drop into the openings on the ramp rather than provide a smooth transition up the ramp when loading. You will need a separate Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # 63232 to remove the extra play in the hitch.
With either carrier you will Motorcycle Tie Downs # SS6-SL14. I do recommend these cam style shock straps as they will ensure that you do not over stress your motorcycle suspension and still provide enough tension to hold the bike in place.
