5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for 2011 Ford F-150 Supercrew w/5-1/2 Foot Bed and Sidewinder for Prowler

I need a SideWinder for my f150 2011 supercrew with 5, 6inch bed...i got i prowler 1997 21foot wich one will fit ?? And what fifth wheel hitch would you recommed

First, before doing anything else, you will need to look at the pin box on the trailer. There should be a plate or sticker somewhere on the pin box that lists that manufacturer and model number of the pin box. That is the information I will need to determine if there is a Sidewinder that will fit. If you cannot find that information then there are some measurements you will need to take.

I have included a couple of links. One is to our FAQ on Sidewinders and after you get the make and model of the pin box you can check it to see which one will fit. The other one covers the measurements you would need to take if you cannot find the make and model information on the pin box.

For a 5th wheel trailer hitch, because a Sidewinder is required on beds shorter than 6 feet, you will need a fixed 5th wheel hitch. The Reese 16k capacity hitch # RP30047 is a good entry level hitch. For an installation kit you can use # RP30035-426. I have included video links for the hitch and installation kit for you.
