It sounds like you are looking to add a 7-way connection and also a brake controller that plugs into the factory wiring on your 2021 Ford F-150. In order to add the 7-way your only option is to use the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7 since you don't have the factory tow package. This kit comes with the wiring, adapter, and everything else you need to install a 7-way on your truck. Once you have the 7-way you can add your brake controller.
For a brake controller I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195. This proportional brake controller has automatic leveling and 5 storable settings. It also has integrated safeguards to keep your battery from draining, brakes from overheating, and protects against shorts. Since you say you have the factory 4-way you should have a built-in harness beneath your vehicle's dash. For your installation you will need the # 22292 which will plug into your factory wiring harness.
I have attached some review and installation videos for your reference.
