Does the LaSalle Bristol 277-000162 have a built in thermostat?

The ThermaHeat RV Dump Valve Pipe and Elbow Heating Pad # 277-000162 does not have a built-in thermostat. They are wired into a wall switch that you will turn it on and off with such as the Universal-Design Rocker Switch # PK34310.
