For your 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee you're going to want the Tekonasha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118727. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the tail lights on both the driver's side and passenger's side. This will provide you with a 4-flat vehicle connector to control lights for your cargo carrier. I have linked an installation video.
I recommend the Light Kit for Draw-Tite, Tow Ready, and Rola Railed Cargo Carriers item # 20174. These will fit perfectly with your 24x60 Reese Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs item # 63153.
