The Hidden Hitch Rubber Tube Cover for 1-1/4" Hitches, item # 60037, is still available and can be ordered online with the provided link or by calling customer service at 1-800-298-8924.
A cleanup with a wire brush and some black spray paint will help the hitch look nice again, just remember to protect the vehicles paint when spraying.
