If your 2019 GMC Sierra 2500 is a 4x4 model with a two speed transfer case that has a N and a 4WD Lo setting, it can indeed be flat towed. 2WD vehicles will need to be trailer towed.

If your truck is indeed capable of being flat towed, you'll need base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, a wiring harness, a supplemental braking system and possibly a high/low adapter.

For a base plate kit, I'd recommend the Blue Ox # BLU22QR, the # BX1739 fits the 2020+ models, and wouldn't work for your truck. For a tow bar, I'd recommend the Blue Ox Avail, part # BX7420. The Avail is a self-aligning tow bar, which means that you won't need to have the truck perfectly lined up behind the motorhome in order to hook up. You'll just attach the arms, and the tow bar will self center as you drive away. The tow bar is non-binding, which means it won't bind up when you're trying to unhook the vehicle when you're on uneven terrain. Safety cables are included with the tow bar.

For a wiring harness, I'd recommend the # RM-15247 Roadmaster Diode kit. Per the owner's manual, you'll also need to disconnect the negative battery terminal before flat towing. The Roadmaster # RM-766 auto disconnect would prevent you from having to manually disconnect the terminal each time you tow.

For a supplemental braking system, I really like Demco systems. For a motorhome with hydraulic brakes, the Demco Stay in Play DUO, part # SM99251 would be a great choice. If the motorhome has air brakes, use the Demco # SM99243. You'll also need a # RM-751463 stop light switch.

Finally, if the installed height of the base plate has a +/- 3 inch height difference compared to the receiver height of the motorhome, you'll need to use a high/low adapter to bring the height difference within that range. I'll link to an article that shows how to measure for this and to our selection of high/low adapters.
