Recommended Heavy Duty Air Bags For A 2022 Ford F-250 4x4 With Pullrite Under-Bed 5th Wheel Rails

I just got some Pullrite underbed 5th wheel rails installed on my new 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty long bed for towing my 5th wheel camper, but I am getting a fair amount of squatting in the rear end. My camper is pretty heavy and the factory suspension could definitely use some help. I tow this pretty regularly and want to get some air bags to supplement what the truck has. What do you recommend I go with?

Since you mentioned your 5th wheel being on the heavy side and towing pretty often with your 2022 Ford F-250, I recommend going with the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Air Helper Springs # F95FV. These are rated for up to 7,500 pounds of load leveling capacity at 150 psi and will definitely get the sag out of your rear end. With that said, they can also be deflated down to 5 psi, which will return you to your stock ride. You will also have absolutely no problems installing this with your Pullrite under-bed rail kit. This American made air bag kit comes highly recommended.

A potential add on, though, is a compressor kit like the Firestone Air Command II # F2219. This not only allows you to not rely on an external air compressor source, but it also lets you fill each bag individually. That way if one side isn't completely level with the other, you can adjust the pressure in just that bag and get everything leveled out. This is also highly recommended.
