When using the Roadmaster Tow Dolly # RM-2050-1, the best way to make sure that the steering wheel is locked and doesn't shift is to wrap the driver's-side seat belt a couple times around the steering wheel and then buckle it in place. Then, pull the seat belt all the way out so that it locks when you retract it.
Also, we recommend confirming with your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure you have all the fine details implemented to tow using a tow dolly.
