Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes

Question:

Looking for a 2 bike rack that can handle a step through Ebike, and has a ramp for ease of loading. Mid size SUV with 2inch hitch Looks like the Yakima OnRamp and Thule Easyfold XT. I want something that will lock the bikes if possible as well as needing the ramp for loading. The Thule looks to have more features, but easy of loading the bikes using the ramp is an important consideration as not having to be lifting the bike onto the ramp is why I need to get one with a ramp.
