Troubleshooting A MaxxAir MaxxFan That Opens But Doesn't Close
Question:
It is a exhaust fan only, “not reversible” is noted on the control panel mounted on the wall. It has a rain sensor. I had a knee replacement last Tuesday and not able to get on roof yet to see if there is another number

If you already replaced the operator # MA10-20281K-1AF for your MaxxAir MaxxFan and it's working correctly to open but not close then the next part to replace would be the circuit board.
Circuit boards are model specific so you will want to ensure you have the correct replacement.
