I have a great hitch receiver for your 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan. It is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C13381. It has a maximum tongue weight of 525 lbs to support your carrier and whatever cargo you are hauling in it. I have linked an installation video.
You should check your owner's manual to ensure your Tiguan's tongue weight capacity.
