I definitely have tire chains that will fit your tires on your 2019 Hyundai Tucson. From your information you provided, the tire size only includes the first three numbers: 225/60-17. The last sequence (99H) does not correspond to the tire size. It is the load index and speed rating.

I did some research on your vehicle, and the owner's manual states that they recommend snow tires over tire chains for your 2019 Hyundai Tucson. However, most manufactures typically say this in order to wash their hands of any liability if damage occurs to components inside the wheel wells. Also, per Hyundai, I recommend that you install tire chains on your front tires only.

With that being said, we do have some great chains that will fit your 225/60-17 tires. For the best and safest option that requires the least wheel well clearance, I recommend the Konig Self-Tensioning, Low-Pro Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link # th04115240. Not only do the Konig chains come with self-tensioners and a pedal tightener, they only require 10mm of wheel well clearance. For perspective, the Konig Standard Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link # TH01571240 requires 16mm of clearance.

The clearance measurement is important because it will allow you to determine if the chains can be used safely with your vehicle. In order to feel confident that the # th04115240 is a safe fit for you, I recommend measuring your internal wheel well clearance from the inner side wall of your tires to the closest part of your vehicle. I went ahead and attached a diagram that shows this measurement.
