Question:
Im wondering if the tire carrier would support over sized tires? I run 37 12.5 on my truck and would like to know if this would support it?

As the Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195125 is designed to carry tires/wheels up to 16.5" and the smallest wheel I could find that ran a 37/12.5 tire is a 17", it will not be the best option for you. However, we do have the # RM-195225 that is designed for use with 16" to 24-1/2" wheels and will definitely accommodate your tire/wheel.
This is also more robust and will have a flat towing capacity of 10,000 pounds and a tongue weight capacity of up to 400 pounds. I highly recommend going with this option.
