Drive-Side Landing Gear Leg on 2011 Sportsmaster Trailer Does Not Extend/Retract with Follower Leg
Question:
My 2011 sportsmaster landing leg on the drive side does not raise or lower. Motor works fine but will raise other side

If the drive side leg of your powered trailer landing gear does not function but the follower side does, then it is likely that there is damage within the gear box.
Since your trailer is a recent model year you may want to contact the manufacturer to inquire about warranty coverage. I contacted both Lippert and Ultra-Fab, who are prominent manufacturers of landing gear assemblies, and neither supplied the landing gear on your trailer.
