Is The Trailer Valet TVRVR9 Remote-Controlled Trailer Dolly A Good Product For Moving A Trailer?
Question:
Please tell me more about the one review on 10-11-21 than stated the plastics gears failed on the initial trial. What was the issue on that particular case and what have the failure rates been on this model?

Though I am not in contact with this customer and am not 100% about what the exact issue was, the only plastic socket he may be referring to is the plastic wheels. The cause of these breaking will not be due to the weight, but rather by having something stuck in there and still being used.
I know this will sounds a little obvious, but the manual states, for maintenance, it is recommend that the user clean their units and check the treads before and after every use to avoid any damages. Users can easily clean the inside of the tread by using a brush to dust off any debris. This will keep anything from getting inside the wheels.
Other than this one instance, I have not seen or heard of any other Trailer Valet Remote-Controlled Trailer Dolly # TVRVR9 having any kind of issue like this. And we have carried their products for quite some time now. If you are thinking about using one of these to help move a trailer around, I can definitely recommend it with full confidence.
