I do have a solution for you to add a roof basket to your 2007 Toyota Sequoia but unfortunately there aren't any Rhino-Rack Backbone systems that fit your vehicle. To add something like the Universal Modular Backbone Mounting System # RR57AT would require you to do some modifications to your Sequoia and Rhino-Rack hasn't confirmed this as a fit. You might be able to use the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack - Raised Side Rails # RR77AB because it is 49" wide like the Rhino-Rack Vortex bars that would be used for your vehicle, but Rhino-Rack hasn't confirmed this to be a fit either so I recommend going with a standard roof rack and using a cargo carrier on top of that.

If you like the Rhino-Rack setups then you can go with the 49" Vortex Crossbars # RRVA126B-2, SX Series Legs # RRSX100, and then use a roof basket like the Rhino-Rack Universal Rack # RR42114BF.
