What Leaf Springs Will My 2004 Shorelandr SLR20L For A 2004 Lund Alaska Need

Question:

Im looking to replace the leaf springs on a 2004 shorelandr boat trailer SLR20L that has a 2004 Lund Alaska ss boat. it looks like a 5 leaf spring and i measured bolt to bolt and it was 22 , but i cant see to find one that size. do you know what size I should have on there? i bought trailer used so not sure if these are correct. looking to put correct spring back on. Thanks

I was able to do some research and your leaf springs measure 21" from center to center. The replacement springs you will need are the Dexter Axle Double Eye Leaf Spring for 2,000-lb Trailer Axles - 21" Long, part # 072-017-00 These springs are rated at 2,000 lbs. Even though you will only get three leaf springs, the weight capacity is more that enough for your boat trailer. Unfortunately, after taking a look at your photos, you may need to replace your trailers axle hangers.

You will need something like the Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs - 3-1/4" Front, 9/10" Rear, part # APS5, but this is something that you will have to measure.
