The SnowBear Proshovel Snowplow for 2" Hitches - Electric Actuator - 88" Wide x 26" Tall item # SB324-140 needs to be mounted 9"-10" above the ground. There is an extension kit if your Ford F-250 is lifted or sits to high. It is the Drop Extension Kit for SnowBear Snowplows - Bolt On - 3" Drop item # SB324-128. This bolt-on kit ensures that the plow makes proper contact with the ground. Its sturdy steel construction is just as strong and durable as the plow itself.
