To flat tow your 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 you will need a tow bar, base plate, tow bar wiring kit, braking system, and safety cables. I have the following recommendations for you listed below:

Tow Bar: Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 8K # RM-576. This tow bar features non-binding latches and a large hookup radius to make connecting/disconnecting from your Silverado on any terrain a breeze. It has cable guides to protect the included wires and safety cables from getting damaged or tangled. Since this tow bar comes with safety cables and a 7-way to 6-way cable and socket you won't have to purchase these separately. This tow bar has an 8,000lb capacity so you'll also be able to load up your Silverado with some extra gear if needed.

Base Plate: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-523199-5. These direct-connect style attachment points make connecting and disconnecting from your tow bar quick and easy. The removable arms provide a nice clean look when you're not towing your Silverado.

Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-152. Since the tow bar already has the adapter cable and socket all you'll need is the wiring and diodes to use your vehicle's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV.

You will need to disconnect the negative battery cable from your Silverado's battery to flat tow it. To make this as simple as flipping a switch you can install the Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch for Towed Vehicle w/ Supplemental Braking System # RM-766.

Braking System: Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # HM39524. This system offers intense, emergency braking or steady, smooth braking in a single portable system. Easily switch between proportional or full braking using the remote from the cab of your motorhome. The included charge line kit will keep your Silverado's battery charged as you tow so that you don't reach your destination and then have to deal with a dead battery.

Safety Cables: The recommended tow bar above has these included so you won't need to purchase them separately.

You may also require a high/low adapter to keep your tow bar level between your Silverado and motorhome. This will require some measuring so I've attached our help guide article that will walk you through the steps of determining the correct rise/drop needed.
