The difference in the Curt Q24, the Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16265, and the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16180 is that the Curt Q24 is the only hitch out of the 3 hitches that is a sliding hitch.
These hitches are seen mainly on trucks with a short bed. Reason being, is the clearance needed to make sharp turns is out of the question without impacting the cab of the vehicle due to its mounting location. The slider allows the hitch to slide back giving additional room needed to make tight turns without damage. The longer bedded trucks do not have this issue because the hitch it mounted farther from the cab of the truck, allowing for plenty of room on tight turns.
The difference between the Curt Q25 # C16265 and the Curt A25 # C16180 is the Q25 is the older version of the A25 and is 27 lbs heavier than the A25. The A25 and Q25 are both rated for a 25,000 lbs maximum towing capacity, but I recommend the A25 # 16180 for your truck if you have a long bed. If you have a short bed, the Q24 # C16545 is a great choice as well.
