4-Way Flat Vehicle Wiring Harness For a 2022 Ford Explorer Without Factory Trailer Wiring
Question:
I had a receiver installed on my 2022 Ford Explorer from the dealership but they did not do any wiring. What wiring will I need to be able to connect to the 4-way connector on my utility trailer?

The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118599 will give you a 4-way flat connector for your utility trailer to connect to your 2022 Ford Explorer. This harness uses factory style connectors so you will not have to splice into the tail light wiring on your Explorer.
The Mounting Bracket # 18144 will allow you to secure the 4-way connector on the back of your Explorer to prevent it from becoming damaged if you choose to route the connector outside the vehicle rather than running it out the rear hatch door when it is used.
