For your 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98856 if you have a non-EcoDiesel model. This fully welded trailer hitch bolts onto your Jeep Wrangler Unlimited's frame with no welding required. 9" Long receiver tube helps get bike racks and cargo carriers past your spare tire. The durable matte finish resists rust and creates a rugged look that hides scratches better than gloss powder coatings.

If you have an EcoDiesel model then you will need the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # DT78MR instead. This hitch is also a bolt-on installation with no welding required.

For a trailer wiring harness I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118786. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side tail lights. You will have to remove the access cover and the tail light assemblies to access this harness. Once you've plugged in the T-connector, run the hot lead up to your car battery. Connect the lead to the included fuse holder, and then connect the fuse holder to the positive terminal on your battery and insert the provided fuse.

Once installation is complete, the 4-way flat connector will be stowed beneath your vehicle. A mounting bracket # 18144 is recommended to keep the connector secure.

If you need a ball mount kit to tow a trailer then I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches - 7,500lbs # 989900. This kit will come with a 1-7/8" hitch ball and 2" hitch ball. It has a drop of 2" or 4" and a rise of 1" or 3" to keep your trailer level while towing.
