I recommend the Class III Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, # C99FR with a 2" x 2" receiver opening. This fits all trim levels and bolts onto your Toyota Highlander's frame with no welding required. A complete hardware kit and installation instructions are included.

For a 2022 Toyota Highlander Limited listed as With Factory Tow Package, I suggest the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package, # TK74FR. If listed as Without Factory Tow Package, I suggest the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # TK99FR. Both of these options the T-One connector will plug directly into existing wiring without the need for cutting or splicing.
