Will Thule Stacker Roof Mounted Kayak Carrier Fit a 2008 Honda Fit

Yes, the Thule Stacker, part # TH830, will fit your 2008 Honda Fit. One item that I would add to this system is the Malone Hood Loops for Bow/Stern #MPG308. By using these tiedowns you can attach the hooks to these instead of your vehicle which will prevent possible scratching at the vehicle attachment point.

If you have a naked roof you will also need a roof rack like the Yakima # Y00425 crossbars, and # Y28TR towers and # Y06145 fit kit A, and Y06153 fit kit B. Having a custom fit roof rack is important to make sure you get the most support and the correct fit for your vehicle.

I have attached a short video of the roof rack system installation as well as an installation video of the kayak carrier.

You will want to verify either through your owners manual or a Honda dealer what the roof capacity of your vehicle is so you do not exceed the recommended limit.
