Distance Above Roof of Thule Roof Rack on 2021 Chevy Traverse w/ Raised Side Rails
Question:
What is the distance between the bottom of the cross rail to the top of the side rail where the foot is mounted? I have a Chevy Traverse and need the bar to be 3.5 inch off the center of the roof to be 3.5 inches, or 1.75 inch from the top of the side rail.

When mounted on your 2021 Chevy Traverse, the distance from the top of your roof to the top of the crossbar of the Thule roof rack will be 3-3/4 inches. I wasn't 100 percent sure what you were referring to by the cross rail to the the side rail, but I believe that is the dimension you were looking for.
The rack itself consists of Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 and WingBar Evo Crossbars - Silver # TH711400 or Black # TH711420.
There is an option with a slightly lower profile, from Rhino-Rack, which will sit 3-1/4 inches from the top of your roof to the top of the crossbar. If you want to go this route instead, you will need the following parts:
- Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA137B-2
- Rhino-Rack SX Series Legs # RRSX100
