Your 2019 Toyota C-HR is only compatible with Class I hitch receivers. This will limit you to carrying just two bikes. The hitch receiver that I recommend is the one you attached to your question, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4", part # C11490. I like this hitch receiver because once it is installed you can only see the receiver opening. This hitch receiver has a maximum tongue weight of 200 lbs and a maximum gross trailer weight of 2,000 lbs.
If you are not carrying e-bikes, my hitch bike rack recommendation is the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount, part # KU74FR. It is a Class I compatible hitch rack that weighs 47 lbs. It comes with an anti-rattle wedge that eliminates movement between the hitch bike rack and the hitch receiver. It can be locked to your vehicle and your bikes can be locked to your rack. This rack comes with a tilt down feature that allows you to access the rear of your vehicle, even when you are carrying bikes. It is a hitch bike rack that can secure your bike without touching your bike frame.
If you plan on carrying e-bikes, I recommend the Thule Epos Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Wheel and Frame Mount # TH99XE. It weighs 38.1 lbs and it can transport bikes up to 66 lbs each. It has most of the same features as the Kuat Transfer. The major difference between the two bikes is the Epos secures the bike via wheel straps and a frame hook, making it a really good fit for e-bikes as many of them come with fenders.
