Does Curt Trailer Wiring for 2022 Hyundai Tucson Require Running Wires to Vehicle Interior

I am wanting to know what tool is used to push the wiring thru from the interior the vehicle to underneath the vehicle to the hitch

You actually do not have to push any of the wiring of the Curt trailer wiring harness # CU94FR through the interior of the vehicle. If you watch the install video I attached you can see that it stays outside of the vehicle.
