Replacement Disc Brake and Hub/Drum Assembly for 3,500 lb Boat Trailer Axle
Question:
i have a 2004 ranger 621, boat trailer. my vin plate says they are 2500lb axles? they were replaced 4 years ago. confirmed db-35s just not sure which i need? since you guys offer 2k and 3500 hub/rotors.

If the axles on your trailer were replaced 4 years ago and now it uses 3,500 lb axles then that's the size brakes and hub/drum assembly that we need to look at for replacement parts. If you have disc brakes with the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern then the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR35D that you were looking at would be a great replacement. If you have drum brakes with the same bolt pattern then you'll need the kit # AKHD-545-35-G-EZ-K instead.
These use an # L68149 inner bearing, # L44649 outer bearing, and a grease seal with a 1.719" inner diameter. If you have something different please let me know and I can help you figure out what parts you will need.
