I have a 2022 Toyota 4Runner with tow package. If I get the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite, is there an adapter that I can use to just plug in under my dash?

Yes, there is an adapter wiring harness avaiable for your 2022 Toyota 4Runner with tow package. If you get the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR then you will just need to also get the Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness # RED49FR. The # RED49FR will plug into the # RED44FR and then plug into the plug under your dash.
