Please note the linked installation instructions for the Westin MAX Winch Mounting Tray, # 46-23845. Pre-drilled holes accommodate most major winch brands, fitting winches with a capacity from 8,000 lbs to 12,000 lbs.
I like the Superwinch Talon Off-Road Winch - Synthetic Rope - Hawse Fairlead - 9,500 lbs, # SW1695201. This high-performance winch has a 5.2-hp engine that is perfect for vehicle recovery applications. It has an 80' synthetic rope and hawse fairlead, a hand-held remote with light and 15' lead, and a pull-and-turn free-spool clutch.
For a 2021 Toyota Tundra you will want the Westin MAX Winch Mounting Tray, # 46-22235. Please note the attached image of this installed on a Tundra.
