Weight Capacity of Reese Goosebox 20k RP94720
Question:
I have a fifth wheel toy hauler that is 20k GWR with 3,900 tongue weight, I see this hitch is rated for nearly the same weight. Is the rating that they assign these hitches with a significant amount of safety margin where it is still safe to use with a trailer of my size since I am technically within the limits?

The towing capacity of the Reese Goose Box part # RP85FR is 20,000 lbs and the pin weight capacity is 4,000 lbs. These are hard figures that you can't safely exceed. If you can make sure your toy hauler would stay under the numbers you mentioned you'd be fine.
