Distance From End to Hitch Pin and Overall Length of C17100
Question:
Does the distance from the end to the center of the hitch pin hole vary or is it a constant on all shanks? In this case,is it 2 1/2 or 3 inches? What is the overall length from end to end on this?

From the pin hole to the end of the shank of the # C17100 measures 3 inches and then overall length would be 12 inches. 3 inches is a very common dimension for the pin hole but it's not totally uncommon to see 4 inches.
