Whats the difference between HR1650 and HLY74FR

The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack # HLY74FR and the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY64FR are very similar bike racks but they do have a couple of differences.
The biggest difference is the # HLY64FR is actually a RV rack but you can use it on other vehicles. Another difference is the # HLY64FR fits just 2" hitches, while the # HLY74FR fits 1-1/4" and 2" hitches.
The way the holds the bikes on the rack is another difference. The # HLY64FR has padded clamps to hold the bikes on while the # HLY74FR has ratcheting frame hooks that securely hold the bikes to the frame.
Also, while both bike racks tilt-away, you have to remove the bikes from the # HLY64FR to be able to do this. With the # HLY74FR you can leave the bikes on to tilt the rack away from your vehicle.
If I were to recommend one of these racks over the other, it would be the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack # HLY74FR. With the versatility of being able to use a 1-1/4" or 2" hitch, as well as not having to unload the bikes to tilt the rack away from the vehicle makes the biggest differences for me.
