For a great fifth-wheel hitch for your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 with a 6-3/4 foot bed with OEM prep, I recommend the Demco Hijacker # DM8550035 (21K) or # DM8550034 # (18K). The trait that makes the Hijacker stand out among its competition is the autoslide feature. The automatic slider moves the head toward the tailgate when you turn and back toward the cab when you straighten out the trailer. This makes sharp turns hassle-free because you never have to get out of your truck in order to make manual adjustments.
