The Westin HDX Winch Mount Grille Guard with Punch Plate - Black Powder Coated Steel. part # 57-93545, that is attached to your question fits the 2018 Ram 1500. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with your 2016 Ram 2500 Tradesman.
