There are towing mirrors that will fit your 2019 Ford Ranger, but there are unfortunately just no slip-on towing mirrors that are made for your truck. So while I understand it isn't the news you are wanting to hear, the only option for towing mirrors for your '19 Ranger are the universal fit mirrors. For that, the best option is from K-Source:

- CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors # 7070-2

The CIPA # 7070-2 are the best because of their large mirror face, adjustability, and how easy they are to install. These mirrors have a face which is 7-1/2" wide x 5" tall, which gives you an optimal rear view so you can see more of what is behind you to increase your safety.
