Can the Yakima HitchLock # Y07235 be Keyed the Same as Yakima OnRamp # Y96FR
Question:
I bought a Yakima OnRamp e-bike rack from you. If I get your hitch lock Yakima HitchLock for Yakima Hitch Mounted Bike Racks - Same Key System SKS - Y07235 will it use the same keys as my bike rack? If not how can I make them the same? Im not familiar with the same key system. Thanks.

You can definitely get the Yakima HitchLock for Yakima Hitch Mounted Bike Racks - Same Key System (SKS)
# Y07235 keyed the same as your Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" Hitches - Frame Mount # Y96FR.
To do this you will need to get the Replacement Control Key for Yakima Same Key System # Y8007835. With this key you will remove the core that is currently in your lock, there will be a code stamped on the core. The code, for example, will be A139; you will had the prefix Y8772 to that code to get the correct replacement core. The part in the example I used would be # Y8772-A139.
If you can tell me the code you have I can get you set up with the correct replacement core and key.
