Troubleshooting Right Turn Signal Issues With The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118794

Question:

I finally installed part #118794. The right turn signal on my 4 pole connector isnt getting signal. There is voltage leaving the turn lights. I believe I have a faulty module.

I recommend first testing your Tekonaha wiring harness # 118794 using a circuit tester like # PTW2993. Check the pins when there is no trailer connected. If you only have some functions, check the ground wire for a loose connection. If you have a bare metal to metal ground and still have function issues, you can use the circuit tester to trace the wires that don't have function back to their origin. In this case your right turn signal wire, which is green. If there is no power there, check a fuse or relay. If power is lost along the way, replace the wire. If power is found before a module but not after it, replace the harness.
