In order to replace the lock cylinder, it must be in the unlocked position. You may be able to have a locksmith remove the broken key in the lock. We do sell replacement lock cylinders If you have a roof rack and accessories that are all keyed the same, you would need to find the lock cylinder number on the exterior of the lock cylinder face. Once you have the lock cylinder number, you can order the replacement Thule lock cylinder. Its part number is THKEYN, then the key number you are ordering. For example, if you need lock cylinder # 2805, that replacement part number is THKEY2805. If you are not concerned about having the same lock cylinder, you can just order a replacement off our website and you will receive the lock cylinder and two keys.

If you have to replace the entire lock, the process is a little different. You wound need the Replacement Lock Core and Key for SportRack Explorer Cargo Box - Qty 1, part # SR03807 and the Replacement Lock Locator for SportRack Skyline XL Cargo Boxes, part # TH03808. I have included a diagram that shows how to lock fits inside your rooftop cargo box. I have included a diagram that shows the parts you need and how they assemble for your rooftop cargo box. The items labeled #2 come with the Replacement Lock Core and Key and the item labeled # 3 is the Replacement Lock Locator.

I have included a product description link, a link to all of our replacement Thule Lock Cylinders, and a video demo link below.
