A standard 5th wheel hitch attaches to brackets and rails that are tied to the vehicle frame. Because any one of hundreds of different bed options could be used, a bracket/rail kit isn't available for cab/chassis trucks.

If the bed on the truck is a flat bed or if the frame members are accessible, you can use the Reese # RP30054 Low-Profile 5th wheel trailer hitch and install to a half inch steel plate that would need to be welded to brackets you'd need to have fabricated and bolted to the truck frame. You'll want to use a professional welder/fabricator to handle this for you.
