Should Draw Tite QSP be Removed When Installing Hollywood Racks HR1400Z  

Question:

I installed this bike rack into my Draw-Tite Hitch Anti-Rattle 63080, and the rack does not far enough for pin to receive the racks stabilizing system. As a result, the ant-rattle handle moves freely and will not engage. The hitch is Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch - 76271. Do I need to remove the Draw-Tite Hitch Anti-Rattle - 63080 before instaling the bike rack?

You would need to remove the Draw Tite Anti Rattle part # 63080 from your Draw Tite hitch # 76271 when you install the Hollywood Racks # HR1400Z which has it's own anti-rattle device and hitch lock built into it.
