Are There Any Replacement Cradles To Fit A 2 Diameter Bar For A Step Through E-Bike
Question:
The Curt 18030 cradles are too big to put through my new bike frame. I don’t want to buy a new rack. It’s a step through ebike weighing just under 50 lbs. A cross bar adaptor would not be safe for the weight of the bike.

For your situation, you would need to purchase a new bike rack as we do not sell cradles that are 2" in diameter as described.
So, to carry your e-bikes weighing in just under 50lbs, I recommend the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # TH69TX. This has a maximum weight capacity of 160lbs, and a single bike weight capacity of 60lbs.
To safely carry your step through style e-bike; you'll need an adapter like the Swagman Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Electric, Step Through, and Cruiser Bikes # S57FR.
Also, to note, even if we did have the cradles, the Curt 4 bike rack you have the Curt 4 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # C18030 is only rated for 45lbs a bike, which would not be enough to safely carry your bikes.
