Do you have or do they make a base towing plate that is hidden for a 2021 Jeep Wangler unlimited Rubicon to fit a blue ox tow bar?

The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521453-5 is confirmed to fit your 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with the factory steel off-road bumper. You can use the Roadmaster Adapter Kit # RO64FR to convert the Roadmaster base plate to accept the Blue Ox Tow Bar # BX7420.
If your Jeep has the ParkSense proximity sensors you will need the Roadmaster Wiring Kit with Smart Diodes # RM47ZR to use your tail lights on your Jeep for signaling. Otherwise you can use the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154 for your tail light wiring.
The Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System # BLU37TR will allow you to move the braking system to other vehicles if you are towing multiple vehicles. The remote monitor will allow for you to monitor your braking system from inside your towed vehicle while you are driving and manually activate the brakes on the Jeep if necessary.
